Volunteer Opportunity

Thank you for your interest in Boomerang Health! Our volunteers are integral to the work we do. Our current volunteer positions* primarily involve supporting clinic operations and our therapy group programs.

*Due to overwhelming interest, WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO ACCEPT NEW VOLUNTEERS. Please stay tuned for updates on when volunteer opportunities will become available again. We sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm and willingness of all existing and potential volunteers.

Time and Commitment: 3 months minimum commitment is required

Responsibilities:

• Support clinic operations (administrative duties related to scanning, clinic organization)
• Support group facilitators within therapy group programs across rehabilitation departments

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a post-secondary institution, preferably studying in a health-related field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience working with children and families is an asset
