Melanie is Registered Dietitian who is passionate about empowering families to make informed, healthful decisions. Her evidence-based and collaborative approach focuses on creating nutrition plans that are achievable, sustainable, and tailored to the unique needs of each family.

Melanie has experience supporting families with diverse nutrition concerns. Her areas of specialty include: Selective/Picky Eating, Infant Feeding, Food Allergies and Intolerances, Eating Disorders, Growth Faltering, and Gastrointestinal Nutrition (i.e., Celiac Disease and Constipation).

Melanie has a Master of Masters of Health Science in Nutrition Communication and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition. Melanie has experience working at various Pediatric Hospitals in Ontario and is registered and in good standing with the College of Dietitians (CDO).
