Dr. Cynthia Popalis

Paediatric Gastroenterologist

Dr. Cynthia Popalis is a paediatric gastroenterologist. Dr. Popalis completed her medical degree at McMaster University, followed by a Paediatric Residency and Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, with post-graduate training in Clinical Epidemiology. In addition to her clinics at Boomerang Health, Dr. Popalis performs endoscopy procedures at Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Dr. Popalis’ academic interest is in the treatment of paediatric inflammatory bowel disease.
