We are seeking a dynamic and passionate paediatric occupational therapist to join our dedicated team. • Provides comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and intervention to children with a variety of occupational therapy needs
• Follows evidence-based approaches to assessment and treatment
• Manages a varied caseload and meets required timelines
• Maintains complete and accurate medical records using Electronic Medical Record system
• Communicates effectively and maintains relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers and other relevant community stakeholders
• Provides education and feedback to families
• Part-time position available, requires availability on weekends and during evening hours.
• Other duties as required

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with experience in paediatric assessment and treatment
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)

• A minimum of three years of experience is preferred
• Strong proficiency in assessment and evidence-based occupational therapy interventions with children.
• Experience treating the following areas is an asset:
  • Feeding
  • Fine motor
  • Sensory processing
  • Self-regulation
  • Motor planning
• Experience with virtual platforms is an asset
• Proven ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Utilizes critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Efficient time management and organizational skills required
