Executive Functioning Group: Tools for High School Success focuses on helping students in Grades 9 and 10 develop practical strategies to navigate the demands of high school with greater confidence and independence. The group targets skills including:

• Organization
• Managing assignments and deadlines
• Time management
• Balancing leisure activities and school demands
• Studying and test preparation

Sessions are interactive and practical, with opportunities to develop and apply strategies that support success at school and at home.

This group is facilitated by a Registered Occupational Therapist and takes place in-person at Boomerang Health.

A complimentary pre-group screening is offered to determine group appropriateness.
