Build & Connect Group is aimed at children in Grades 4 to 6 who enjoy building, creating, problem-solving, and working with others.

This unique, interest-based group combines engaging STEAM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) with opportunities to develop social communication skills in a fun and supportive environment. Each session is offered through a partnership between Snapology® and Boomerang Health. Sessions will involve hands-on activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking.

A Registered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) from Boomerang Health will join half of each session to help participants apply and strengthen social communication skills within the context of the group activities. Through natural opportunities for conversation, participants will build skills such as connecting with peers, working cooperatively, perspective-taking, and navigating group interactions.

This six-week program is facilitated by a Snapology® instructor and a Registered SLP and takes place in-person at Boomerang Health.
