Movers and Groovers is a gross motor group aimed at providing caregivers with babies 6 to 12 months with movement activities designed to support the development of strength, coordination, and motor skills. Babies will be guided through age-appropriate exercises such as tummy time, reaching, rolling, crawling, and supported standing, all while building body awareness and enhancing muscle development. Each session will also provide valuable education for caregivers, offering practical tips on selecting safe, supportive baby products and addressing common caregiver concerns about milestones, safety, and comfort. Caregivers will leave with a deeper understanding of how to foster their baby’s physical growth, along with resources to make informed decisions about baby gear and products.

This five-week program is facilitated by a Registered Physiotherapist and takes place in-person at Boomerang Health.
