Meera Patel

Occupational Therapist

Meera is a newly occupational therapy graduate who is passionate about making positive differences in the pediatric population. Having worked with children during her clinical placements, Meera wishes to continue utilizing strengths and play-based approaches to help children achieve their potential.

Meera has experience working with children on their fine and gross motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, self-regulation, and social-emotional development. Meera graduated with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour, with a specialization in Mental Health, from McMaster University. She is registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) and is a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT).

Outside of work, Meera enjoys spending time in nature, dancing, practicing yoga, reading books, and watching movies.
