Registered Massage Therapist

Jessica is thrilled to be a part of the Boomerang Health team. She graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from Brock University. While at Brock she worked with a variety of athletes as an athletic trainer gaining extensive clinical and field experience and being able to develop treatment and rehabilitation programs. She then successfully graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College in Massage and Hydrotherapy as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

Jessica has been practicing Swedish massage for over thirteen years and shortly after becoming a RMT started training to specialize in paediatric massage as she started her focus to work with babies, toddles, children and adolescents.  Jessica is also a Certified Infant Massage Teacher and Certified Paediatric Massage Therapist and has taken multiple courses to train in advanced paediatric specialties. Her passion has always been to give back and help people; especially children as, she participated in a volunteer overseas outreach in 2015 in the Philippines. Here she worked with children of all abilities, caregivers and staff in orphanages, hospitals and in a variety of child care settings.

Jessica has such a passion working with paediatric populations and has worked with paediatric clients from childhood and some into adulthood in a variety of aspects. From working with children in competitive sports, healthy well developing children, children with different musculoskeletal injuries, to children with different disabilities and diagnoses. With her warm, compassionate, and positive attitude, she brings a fun approach to her treatments. She finds it very rewarding working with children and their families and seeing them achieve their health care goals.

Jessica spends her spare time laughing with friends and family, especially her little nephews and loves animals’ especially her little doggy. She loves to dance, travel, check out sporting events especially hockey, baseball, and basketball and she loves to make people smile and laugh with her witty ways and humor. She looks forward to providing you and your family with nurturing touch and exceptional quality care.
