Program Leader, Group Manager and Workshops

As the Program Leader, Group Manager and Workshops, Cadence is responsible for leading the development of all new programs, as well as the execution of existing programs in various service areas to meet the needs of clients and families. More specifically, she directs the intake, screening, facilitation, quality assurance, and evaluation processes of all groups and programs at the clinic. In addition, Cadence manages the communication of Boomerang Health program and service updates to clients and community partners.

In addition to her management role, Cadence is a passionate and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys working with children of all ages and backgrounds. She has experience in providing assessment and treatment to a diverse range of clients with communication difficulties including articulation and phonological disorders, language delays, social communication and motor speech difficulties. Whether it is in one-on-one or group environments, Cadence remains dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals. 

Cadence values collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to promote client-centred care. As well, Cadence aims to target functional goals and personalizes activities to suit each individual. 

Cadence received her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from McMaster University. She is a registered member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASPLO).
