Clinical Manager & Program Leader, Speech-Language Pathology

As the Clinical Manager of Boomerang Health, Carolyn Davidson works to increase clinic efficiencies, oversee the development of clinic procedures to ensure high quality of care, and provide prompt responses to clients’ care inquiries. She works with the clinical and administrative team to develop new processes to improve families’ overall experiences at Boomerang Health.

As the program leader for the speech-language pathology department, Carolyn analyzes the needs of clients, ensures schedules offer appointments at “peak times” (i.e., early morning, evenings and weekends) and trains new staff.  With over 10 years’ experience working as a speech-language pathologist, Carolyn has a wealth of experience, in a variety of clinical areas and is passionate about working with families and empowering parents with the tools to help their child succeed.

Carolyn completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree at York University followed by a Master’s of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at the State University of New York. Carolyn is a member in good standing with the College of Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
